Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and highly adaptable Trust Administrative Assistant to work closely with Private Bank Trust Officers and Trust Support associates. This role is crucial for supporting investment management and trust account administration functions, ensuring smooth operations and high client experience standards within the Private Bank. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with prior experience in trust administration.
Responsibilities:
+ Support and facilitate client requests to achieve Private Bank client experience standards, including the fulfillment of client needs and expectations across all products.
+ Partner with client teams, specialists, and centralized service teams to deliver Private Bank capabilities and solutions.
+ Monitor and execute account maintenance requests.
+ Process new and renewal discretionary action requests.
+ Resolve administrative review action items.
+ Drive client digital engagement and adoption of digital solutions.
+ Identify and resolve client issues in an effective and timely manner.
+ Adhere to Private Bank and Enterprise risk framework and comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
+ Assist with the Private Bank client management process.
+ Perform tasks necessary to mitigate fiduciary risks, including addressing client issues and concerns.
+ May be asked to participate in ad-hoc projects, prepare reports, and conduct research.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma/GED/Secondary School or equivalent (Required).
+ 2-3 years prior trust administration and support experience (Required).
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

+ Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ Location: Onsite in Providence, RI
+ Assignment Length: 12 Months

**Pay Details:** $19.61 per hour
