Adecco is actively recruiting for a Quality Administrator position in Greenfield, Indiana. The Quality Administrator will be a member of the Plant Quality team with a focus on improving our current Quality Management System (QMS) for data accuracy by reviewing different sections of the system, determining where gaps exist, and closing these gaps.
This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional training requirements, auditing QMS employee records, maintaining processes for training assignments, updating documentation, managing inquiries, resolving system gaps, and ensuring clear communication and safe work practices.

Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree desired.
+ 3-5 years in Quality or related experience a plus.
+ Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Data accuracy is a must.
+ Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with all levels of organization.
+ Understanding of applicable computer software systems, such as Google Platforms, Microsoft Office, and Oracle.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
