Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hopkinton, NH to bring on an experience Quality Inspector!

***This is a Direct Hire Opportunity***

Position:

+ Quality Inspector

Pay:

+ $20 - $28 depending on experience!

Shift Schedule:

+ 1st Shift Work Schedule: 5 – 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday

+ 2nd Shift Work Schedule: 4 – 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday

+ Overtime as necessary

+ Flexible scheduling in agreement with supervisor

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with CNC manufacturing experience to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for inspecting machined components, ensuring all parts meet internal and customer quality specifications using a variety of precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of machined components

+ Use precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and CMMs

+ Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications, including GD&T

+ Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of measurements and quality reports

+ Identify non-conforming parts, report issues, and assist in root cause investigations

+ Work closely with machine operators and engineers to ensure product conformance and process improvements

+ Support calibration of inspection equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

+ 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment

+ Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading

+ Proficient in using a wide range of precision measurement tools

+ Familiar with CMM operation and/or programming (preferred but not required)

+ Ability to read and interpret technical specifications

+ Comfortable working independently and within a team

+ Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred Experience:

+ Previous experience inspecting tight-tolerance parts in aerospace, medical, or defense industries

+ Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards

+ Experience supporting continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives

+ Ability to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
