**Job Title:** Customer Relations Representative (CRR)
**Location:** Parsippany, NJ
**Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
**Pay:** $20–$25/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Overview
The CRR will handle daily communication with customers, sales teams, and distributors. This role manages orders, tracks sales, supports inventory needs for surgeries, prepares invoices, and assists with accounts receivable. The CRR also provides reports to management and supports sales personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
+ Handle customer inquiries and order processing
+ Track sales and prepare sales reports
+ Monitor inventory and coordinate surgical instrument needs
+ Prepare billing and invoicing
+ Follow up on past-due accounts
+ Communicate with sales and distributor teams
+ Maintain accurate data entry and documentation
Qualifications
+ HS diploma required; Associate’s preferred
+ 2–3 years customer service or account experience
+ Strong computer skills (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Outlook, Excel, Word)
+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a team
+ Medical device/hospital knowledge a plus
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
