    **Position:** Assembler

    **Pay:** $18-$19.80/hour

    **Type:** Full time, temp to hire

     

    Our client is seeking Assemblers on all shifts to join their team. In this role, you’ll work within a larger team to assemble high-tech components and package finished products for customer delivery. As a team member, you’ll perform various tasks on the production line and in a warehouse environment, with opportunities to showcase your critical thinking skills and grow in the smart manufacturing field.

    Job Description

    - Precisely place small components onto designated areas by hand.

     

    - Use tools such as drills, mono-bolt guns, wrenches, and other equipment to aid in assembly.

     

    - Read and interpret electrical blueprints to install components, including relays, controllers, and controls on electrical panels, and review all SOPs and guidelines related to your tasks.

     

    - Retrieve parts kits from inventory and inspect components for issues like pinholes or chips.

     

    - Rotate between workstations as needed and take on various tasks within the production line.

     

    - Follow quality standards and production guidelines to maintain high standards of work.

     

    - Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, ready to collaborate as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    - A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, though candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

     

    - Basic computer skills are required.

     

    - Must be able to read and understand tape measurements, work instructions, and other English-language documents.

     

    - Must adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.

     

    - Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for 8+ hours.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.80 per hour
