Position Details
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Pay Rate: $ 20.92/hour
Responsibilities
The Medical Office Assistant will support daily clinic operations, including:
Answering phones and routing calls
Scheduling patient appointments and processing referrals
Greeting and registering patients
Responding to inquiries from hospitals, patients, and referring physician offices
Assisting with billing tasks and record retention activities
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible clerical experience, including receptionist and scheduling duties
Experience in a medical office setting; billing experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic registration and medical record systems
Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or French preferred

**Pay Details:** $20.92 per hour
