We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Logistics Operator** to manage and coordinate air, ground, and ocean shipments. This role is critical in ensuring seamless transportation of goods while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with shipping regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee end-to-end logistics for air, ground, and maritime shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

+ Manage shipment scheduling, documentation, and tracking to maintain visibility and optimize efficiency.

+ Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and delays.

+ Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations, including customs documentation.

+ Analyze shipping costs and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

+ Utilize logistics software and tracking systems to maintain records and generate reports.

+ Collaborate with suppliers and customers to optimize logistics strategies and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation coordination.

+ Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes (air, ground, maritime).

+ Proficiency with logistics management software and tracking systems; knowledge of Cargowise is a huge plus.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing carriers and vendors.

+ Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency.

+ Familiarity with customs regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.

Payrate: 24/ hrs

M-F: 8am- 4:00 pm

**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
