    Description

    Customer Service CoordinatorWe are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our property management service team. This role is perfect for someone early in their administrative or customer service career who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a supportive, team-driven environment.

     

    This position offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule and a great opportunity to learn the basics of commercial property management.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with coordinating maintenance requests for tenants in commercial properties

    + Enter and track work orders in our property management software (training provided)

    + Manage incoming emails and phone calls from tenants, vendors, maintenance staff, and property managers

    + Provide clear, accurate information throughout the lifecycle of each request

    + Help prioritize and resolve tenant concerns in a timely and customer-focused manner

    + Maintain a general understanding of company processes and procedures

    + Track outstanding requests and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution

    + Support the maintenance team with daily scheduling and organization

    + Follow up with tenants, vendors, and internal staff as needed

    + Assist the property management team with basic administrative tasks (e.g., programming access fobs/cards, placing supply orders, data entry, etc.)

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required

    + 2+ years of customer service experience(retail, hospitality, call center, food service, receptionist, or similar all qualify)

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

    + Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

    + Enjoys helping people and solving problems

    + Experience with real estate or property management software is a plus, butnot required—we provide full training
