Verdantas is seeking a part-time **Administrative Coordinator** to join our team in the **Middletown, CT** office. Hours range Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm with flexibilty. This role is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across projects and departments. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and communication support, while contributing to a collaborative and professional office environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
+ Maintain filing systems and organization of account information
+ Coordinate office functions and client-related meetings
+ Coordinate company vehicle maintenance
+ Operate and maintain standard office equipment including computer, copier, postage meter and scale, and plotter
+ Interact via phone, email, or in person with clients and other company employees
+ Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
+ Occasional local travel to client sites as required
What You'll Bring:
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required
+ 1 - 3 years of relevant administrative experience
+ Notary Public is a plus
+ Microsoft Office Teams and Office Suite experience a plus
+ Ability to meet and prioritize deadlines while working in an independent environment
+ Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel
+ Must be able to pass a background check post-offer accept
