    Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full time occupational hand therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Palo Alto, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from post-surgical cases, to non-operative conditions, to work conditioning. You will work closely with other talented clinicians with a variety of patient diagnosis and varied patient demographics.     Compensation:

    + **Salary Range starting at: $105,000.00 up to $125,000.00** (Commensurate with experience)

    + **$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

    Responsibilities

    + **Collaboration:** Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.

    + **High Standard of Care:** Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

    + **Personalized Treatment:** Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.

    + **Relationship-Building:** Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy

    + CPR certification

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Experience in splint fabrication

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic

    + Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
