    Job Title: Out-Process Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Out-Process Technician with a strong technical background to join our team. You will be responsible for managing incoming order creation and outgoing order transactions, ensuring workflow is maintained with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in logistics and/or administrative roles and will be comfortable working with complex technical data and software systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and manage the shipping and receiving process.

    + Work closely with technical staff to understand inventory and logistics requirements, ensuring stock is available as required.

    + Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation and inventory management.

    + Use software systems to manage and analyze backlog and produce reports as required.

    + Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

    + Follow all company policies and procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in logistics.

    + Experience with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office.

    + Strong inventory control skills.

    + Self-motivated and a high performer.

    + Near perfect attendance.

    + Great communication skills.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Strong administrative and organizational skills.

    + Excellent attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Prior experience working in a warehouse, dock, or distribution center preferred.

    + Ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 75 pounds.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

    + Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
