Calibration Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to support our Metrology Department. This role is crucial in performing calibrations on production equipment and instrumentation following established procedures and standards. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate calibration records and documentation, and supporting troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems as needed. Collaboration with production and quality teams is essential to ensure timely calibration and minimize downtime, directly impacting product quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Perform calibrations on production equipment and instrumentation in accordance with established procedures and standards.
+ Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation.
+ Support troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems as needed.
+ Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure timely calibration and minimal downtime.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in calibration techniques.
+ Strong understanding of electronics.
+ Excellent computer skills.
Work Environment
This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule during the first shift starting at 8:00 AM. There is potential for overtime and occasional weekend work based on production demands.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
