    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer who excels in sales and customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation, conveyor systems, and equipment design, with proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory.

    Responsibilities

    + Engage with customers and provide exceptional service, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

    + Design equipment and systems for mail order, central-fill, specialty, healthcare systems, and pet pharmacies.

    + Utilize automation and conveyor systems expertise to meet client needs.

    + Apply design skills using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to develop new equipment and redesign current systems.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive R&D projects and improve existing solutions.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

    + Over 5 years of experience in designing equipment and systems in mail order, central fill, specialty, healthcare systems, and/or pet pharmacies.

    + More than 3 years of experience as an Application or Project Engineer in the pharmaceutical fulfillment industry.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Navision, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

    + Strong understanding of engineering development life cycle and robust design skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in warehouse design elements including conveyors, sortation, print n apply, dispensing, packaging, scanners, and other equipment used in pharma operation centers.

    + Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

    + Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is ideal but not mandatory.

    Work Environment

    This role is fully remote, offering flexibility in work hours and time zones. The position requires 25-30% travel, primarily domestic, to company locations and customer sites. The company provides a balance between a family-owned business atmosphere and the resources of a larger corporate entity, promoting a healthy and growing work environment. Opportunities for expenses during travel are available.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
