Parts Counter Associate

Job Description

The Parts Counter Associate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with determining the appropriate parts for their equipment, processing orders, and supporting the sales and service departments. This position requires someone with mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of engine systems.

Pay:

+ $24-26/Hours

Responsibilities

+ Assist customers in identifying the correct parts requirements for their equipment.

+ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

+ Support the sales and service departments with parts-related inquiries.

+ Unload deliveries from trucks and organize inventory on shelves.

+ Fulfill and prepare orders for outbound shipment.

+ Ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain meticulous records.

Skills

+ Minimum of 1 year of parts experience.

+ Experience with heavy equipment.

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Proficiency in inventory management.

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting.

+ Detail-oriented and highly motivated.

Qualifications

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

+ Experience working with inventory systems.

+ Personable and approachable demeanor.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aberdeen, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
