    Aerotek (Stoughton, WI)


    Operate and maintain digital presses to produce print jobs according to specifications. Review job tickets and verify materials, file accuracy, and finishing requirements before production. Set up press for proper color, registration, and paper alignment. Monitor press runs to maintain consistent quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate digital presses to produce print jobs according to specifications.

    + Review job tickets to verify materials, file accuracy, and finishing requirements.

    + Set up press for proper color, registration, and paper alignment.

    + Monitor press runs to maintain consistent quality and troubleshoot issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience operating digital printing equipment.

    + Proficiency with digital presses such as HP Indigo or Xerox.

    + Knowledge of color management, RIP software, and file preparation.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.

    - Very laid back environment - smaller team (about 20 people per shift)

     

    - Overtime is voluntary - never mandated

     

    - Opportunity for growth - would love for operators to move into lead/supervisor roles
