Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. You will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This position requires adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

+ Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment.

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints.

+ Handle materials, operate equipment, and package finished goods.

+ Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

+ Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, general production, warehouse, data entry, assembly line, and packaging.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to follow complex procedures.

+ Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ 1 year of production experience (preferred but not required).

+ Computer knowledge and ability to log into a computer system to complete training modules.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment up to 10 hours a day with additional overtime as required. The cleanroom is maintained at greater than 30% humidity with temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees. Expect some ambient noise and specific gowning requirements, including gloves, hair & beard net, face cover, and safety glasses with no makeup or jewelry. The role involves forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. You must be able to use PPE and understand chemical hygiene, including labels and SDS, as well as work with common chemicals such as disinfectants and solvents. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, move, reach, bend, stoop, and grasp for the entire shift and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
