Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment, including wrappers, slicers, shredders, die cutters, spirals, and belts.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, specifically 480v systems.

+ Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipment.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to identify machine components.

+ Work on industrial equipment such as conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.

+ Understand and work with limit switches, including normally open, normally open held closed, normally closed, and normally closed held open configurations.

+ Utilize Allen-Bradley PLCs and perform PLC troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair, specifically with 480v systems.

+ 2+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify machine components from them.

+ 2+ years of experience working on industrial equipment, including conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.

+ 2+ years of experience with limit switches and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with HMI or laptop hookup troubleshooting.

+ Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing plant.

+ Additional schooling or certifications are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
