Job Title:** **Press Brake Operator

Hiring for 1st or 2nd Shift – Weekly Pay – 4-Day Work Week!

**Pay:** $22–$26/hr

Shifts:

+ **1st Shift:** 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Mon–Thurs)

+ **2nd Shift:** 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Thurs)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled **Press Brake Operator** to join our team and support our sheet metal manufacturing operations. You will operate and inspect parts processed via a **Cincinnati brake press** , ensuring accuracy in bend allowances, blueprint specifications, and product tolerances. This role also involves changing tools and dies per order requirements, moving materials with a forklift, and verifying order completion using production management software.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and inspect sheet metal parts using a Cincinnati brake press.

+ Apply bend allowances and ensure compliance with blueprint callouts and tolerances.

+ Change tools and dies according to job specifications.

+ Move materials using a forklift.

+ Verify order completion through production management software.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience operating a press brake or working withing a fabrication environment.

+ Strong understanding of machine operation and fabrication processes.

+ Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing techniques.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
