Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description:** **Job is located in Washington, Missouri

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to operate 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, primarily focusing on 98% mills. The role involves setting up and operating Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines, with an emphasis on performing setups or changeovers independently.

Responsibilities:** **Job is located in Washington, Missouri

+ Operate 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, focusing on 98% mills.

+ Set up and operate Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, Makino machines.

+ Perform own setups or changeovers.

+ Work on small open door machines or large machines with 6-8 hours run time.

+ Perform own deburring and blending to ensure everything is within tolerance.

+ Collaborate with the programming group for program adjustments and updates.

+ Document changes for internal Programming team updates.

+ Work primarily off NX software and some Catia.

Essential Skills:** **Job is located in Washington, Missouri

+ 2+ years of CNC experience.

+ Experience with 4 or 5 axis machines.

+ Ability to perform own setups, runs, and changeovers.

+ Proficiency in deburring and blending as needed.

+ US Citizenship with a valid birth certificate to satisfy US Export Controls requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, Makino machines preferred but not required.

+ Experience with NX or Catia software preferred but not required.

Work Environment:** **Job is located in Washington, Missouri

Openings available on M-Th night shift (4:18p-2:30a) with a 15% shift differential, weekend days (F, Sat, Sun 5a-5p) with a 28% shift differential, and weekend nights (F, Sat, Sun 5p-5a) with a 28% shift differential. Work in a climate-controlled setting with voluntary overtime options based on business needs. Shift configurations include straight 10-hour shifts on weeknights and 12-hour shifts on weekends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
