Assembly Technician - 1st shift - 23.50/hr!

Responsibilities

+ Assemble rails, stairs, and treads for walkways using clips, bolts, nuts, and brackets.

+ Employ measuring tape and speed square for accurate alignment of components.

+ Interpret blueprints to adhere to build specifications.

+ Utilize electric and air-powered tools efficiently.

+ Operate Miter saw and band saw, including plugging lengths and dimensions into the computer for automatic measuring.

+ Glue parts together as required.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient use of tape measures and rulers.

+ Skillful use of hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Motivated and eager to continually learn and engage in custom fabrication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with custom fabrication is advantageous.

Work Environment

The role operates within a well-organized, climate-controlled environment, although bay doors are usually open during the summer, making it warm. The position requires standing throughout the day during the first shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with voluntary overtime available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
