    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for loading buckets and covers into a cleaning and sanitizing machine. This highly repetitive role requires you to grab buckets and covers from a pallet, place them into the washer, monitor the machine, catch them on the other side, and stack them for drying. Additional duties include palletizing, wrapping pallets, assisting operators with moving materials, and performing other general labor tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload buckets and covers into and from the cleaning machine.

    + Monitor the cleaning machine and ensure smooth operation.

    + Stack cleaned items for drying.

    + Assist with palletizing and wrapping pallets.

    + Support operators in moving materials.

    + Perform general labor duties as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift 40 lbs.

    + Comfortable with repetitive work.

    + Ability to stand on feet throughout the shift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

    + Warehouse or palletizing experience is advantageous.

    + Forklift experience or willingness to learn is beneficial.

    + Manufacturing experience is a significant advantage.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a very clean and organized environment dedicated to chemical mixing and production. Join a team of about 15 employees, with only around 4 employees on the night shift. Enjoy a temperature-controlled environment with minimal odors and a strong focus on safety. The third shift runs from 11pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday, with some overtime opportunities.

    This is a Contract position based out of North Branch, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
