Aerotek is looking to hire several CNC Programmer to work for an Aerospace Company located in the Bertram, TX area. This is a Direct Placement position and the pay is up to $120k a year, depending on level of experience. Job Title: CNC Programmer ( Level 3 or Level4 )

Pay Range: $100k - $120k a year

Shift:

+ 1st Shift- Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM, Friday- 6AM-2:30PM

+ 2nd Shift- Monday-Thursday 4PM-2:30AM, Friday- 2PM-10PM

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced CNC Programmers to join our team and support our chamber machine shop with **offline programming** . You’ll create reliable programs in **Mastercam** for precision parts in a high-mix/low-volume environment.

What You’ll Do

+ Program CNC machines using **Mastercam** (including 5-axis).

+ Optimize speed/feed for tool life.

+ Design fixtures and suggest drawing improvements.

+ Work with metals like **Inconel** and stainless steel.

+ Support productivity goals and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

+ **10+ years** offline programming in Mastercam.

+ **5+ years** CNC programming & operating experience.

+ Strong knowledge of multi-axis motion planning & robotics.

+ Experience working with large format operations

+ Working knowledge of composite manufacturing operations

+ 5 years of CNC programming experience

+ Working knowledge of Siemens CNC 840D SL or Sinumerik ONE controllers and drives

+ Experience with multi axis mill and lathe CNC machines

+ Coding capability in python, macros, Visual Basis, File parsing/editing, excel scripts

This is a Permanent position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
