Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

A Commercial HVAC Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings such as offices, retail stores, and other business establishments. The technician will work with blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on preexisting HVAC units.

Responsibilities

+ Regularly inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly.

+ Identify and troubleshoot any malfunctions in HVAC systems.

+ Repair or replace faulty parts in HVAC systems.

+ Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

+ Ensure HVAC systems are energy efficient and comply with safety and environmental standards.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of service or installation experience in HVAC.

+ Ability to work with blueprints and schematics.

+ Reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in HVAC servicing and troubleshooting.

+ Knowledge of preventative maintenance.

+ Familiarity with OSHA and EPA standards.

Work Environment

The role involves working in both residential and commercial HVAC settings. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Shortsville, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
