    Job Description

    Join our growing aerospace team as a production worker specializing in composite materials. In this role, you will weld materials using heat steaming with an iron, working on a fixed track to create rolls (kits) and occasionally using a handheld iron for touch‑ups. This position requires standing for extended periods and performing simple, repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.

    Responsibilities

    + Weld composite materials by heat steaming using an iron on a fixed track

    + Operate a handheld 2lb iron for touch‑ups as needed

    + Stand and perform repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours per shift

    + Meet production metrics in a fast‑paced environment

    + Work independently while ensuring quality and attention to detail

    + Maintain strong attendance, work ethic, and a positive attitude

    Essential Skills

    + Prior manufacturing experience with repetitive work such as assembly or line work

    + Ability to focus on detailed tasks with minimal supervision

    + Proven experience in meeting production goals

    + Good vision and strong attention to quality

    + Experience in general labor, production, hand tools, assembly, packaging, loading, and painting

    Work Environment

     

    You will be part of an aerospace company producing thermoplastic composite parts for major clients. The facility features advanced technology including laser jets, welders, saws, ovens, and presses.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, ID.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
