Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Legal Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Hollywood, Florida. In this role, you will support various administrative and legal tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and familiarity with legal procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling hearings and appointments.

• File legal documents electronically using the e-Filing portal.

• Record and upload orders electronically with precision and accuracy.

• Search and retrieve public and court records as needed.

• Assist with preparing and sending bulk mailings.

• Organize and manage correspondence using Microsoft Outlook.

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of legal documents and filings.

• Support daily administrative tasks to facilitate efficient office operations. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails and correspondence.

• Experience with electronic filing of legal documents.

• Strong organizational skills for effective calendar management and scheduling.

• Familiarity with court systems and public record searches.

• Ability to handle bulk mailings and other administrative tasks efficiently.

• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing legal documentation.

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

• Previous experience in a legal or administrative role preferred.
