BRECOflex CO., L.L.C., an ISO 9001 certified industry leader in high-precision drive components, is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you’ll be the first line of support in processing customer purchase orders—ensuring every detail, from part numbers to pricing and lead times, is accurate and aligned with our high standards. You’ll also play a key role in resolving order issues and collaborating directly with customers to provide exceptional service. What You’ll Do

+ Accurately process customer purchase orders using our ERP system

+ Verify part numbers, pricing, and lead times to ensure order accuracy

+ Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies

+ Coordinate with production and purchasing to fulfill order requirements

+ Issue work orders, purchase orders, and pre-shipment paperwork

+ Support internal teams to meet order entry goals and deadlines

+ Maintain organized digital records and documentation

+ Demonstrate ISO 9001 standards through consistent, high-quality work

What You Bring

+ Experience in a customer-facing or order processing role

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP platforms (SAGE preferred)

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience supporting outside sales or key accounts

+ Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial components

+ Knowledge of inventory and purchasing systems

+ Technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications
