Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Media Planning & Performance Analyst. This role is critical in driving partner success through media planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, dashboard management, and communication, serving as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute media plans to support partner growth initiatives

+ Manage and maintain media planning templates, ensuring accuracy and functionality of automations

+ Update dashboards and media plans in Excel

+ Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and support decision-making

+ Perform post-campaign reporting, including case study reviews and forecasting for future campaigns

+ Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Research & Insights teams

+ Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance partner experience

+ Manage and maintain core insights and data repository that anchor brand narrative

+ Partner across Marketing teams on packaging insights for social initiatives, events, and thought-leadership content

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ 1–3 years of experience in analytics or media planning

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (heavy usage, advanced functions required)

+ Experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred; Tableau acceptable)

+ Experience with Smartsheet preferred

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Familiarity with media planning or digital marketing metrics is a plus

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
