    Requirements

    + At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or administrative roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and issue resolution.

    + Familiarity with Office Suite, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms to support operations effectively.

    + Proven ability to analyze customer concerns and develop actionable solutions while maintaining detailed documentation.
