Description We are looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team in Westlake, Texas. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in managing business-to-business accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization while developing your skills in collections and account management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer account statements to identify and address billing discrepancies.

• Develop strategies to resolve account issues and payment delays effectively.

• Communicate with customers to investigate non-payment reasons and facilitate resolutions.

• Handle billing concerns professionally while guiding customers toward adherence to payment terms.

• Manage a portfolio of 200–250 business-to-business accounts, ensuring consistent follow-ups.

• Monitor account progress and document actions taken to resolve payment issues.

• Work to bring delinquent accounts back into compliance with payment schedules.

• Organize and manipulate data in Microsoft Excel using formatting and basic formulas.

• Update and maintain accurate account information in the company’s NetSuite system. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools such as NetSuite.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial services applications like Accurint and ADP.

• Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and billing functions.

• Ability to manage collections processes while addressing claim administration and payment disputes.

• Experience in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

• Competence in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in account management.

• Effective communication skills to engage with customers and resolve payment issues.
