    Quality Technician

     

    The quality technician position is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufactured products.

     

    A Day In The Life

    + Perform inspection of products and materials

    + Conduct internal process and ISO audits in Panel and Equipment Enclosure manufacturing

    + Participate in and support Corrective and Preventive Action process

    + Participate on practical problem-solving teams

    + Create NCNs and support disposition of Nonconforming product process

    + Create and circulate Quality Alerts

    + Document standard work in method sheets, procedures, or work instructions

     

    What will help you thrive in this role?

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in Science or Engineering field is preferred

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Ability to read and understand manufacturing prints, drawings

    + Background in welding and general construction environments

    + Ability to earn a scissor lift license

    + ISO 9001 understanding and experience; previous audit experience a plus

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Familiar with Lean Manufacturing techniques

    + Demonstrated problem solving ability

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills
