    Job Summary:

    The Career Success Specialist will have responsibility for assisting and counseling students in relation to career navigation and post-graduation placement in residency programs. Incumbent will be involved in all aspects of College of Medicine Career Planning and Development including career counseling/life planning, placement, and recruitment. Incumbent will assist in the academic success of students during pre and post-clerkship education

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Master Degree in Higher Education or Counseling required with at least one year of relevant experience. Experience with Career and/or Academic Advising required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with medical school and medical residency advising preferred

    Work Days:

    Monday - Friday
