JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a high-impact and hands-on Vice President of People and Culture to join our team. This role balances big-picture thinking with execution and delivering comprehensive HR strategies and support across the employee lifecycle. The leader plays a pivotal role in advancing our people and culture initiatives, fostering a positive and responsive employee experience, and championing continuous improvement that directly influences the success of our teams and the business overall.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy & Leadership
+ Develop and execute a people and culture strategy aligned with company goals.
+ Advise executives on structure, workforce planning, and talent development.
+ Lead and mentor the P&C team to deliver high-quality support and outcomes.
+ Manage the P&C budget to fund key talent and culture initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Development
+ Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent management to attract and retain top talent.
+ Drive performance management processes that foster high performance.
+ Build employer branding aligned with mission, vision, and values.
Employee Engagement & Culture
+ Create programs that promote a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative culture.
+ Use employee feedback to address challenges and enhance engagement.
+ Maintain regular in-office presence to stay connected with employees.
HR Operations & Compliance
+ Lead competitive, equitable compensation and benefits programs.
+ Maintain compliant, continuously improving HR policies and practices.
+ Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
+ Leverage HR and business data to inform decisions.
Organizational Effectiveness
+ Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
+ Coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
+ Support change management as the company evolves.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 8+ years of progressive HR experience; with 3 years of leadership experience
+ SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or similar certifications preferred.
+ Strong understanding of employment laws, benefits, and best practices in HR.
+ Proven experience leading strategic HR projects that impact an entire organization.
+ Expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
+ Demonstrated ability to shape and sustain a positive company culture.
+ Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational needs.
+ Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong knowledge of HR technologies, data analytics tools, and metrics-driven HR strategies.

This position is bonus eligible and employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
