Compensation and Schedule for the Front Office Medical Receptionist (Float)
Front Office Medical Receptionist (Float) – Full-time, onsite, $17-$20 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 6:45am and 6:00pm. Great office to work in with huge opportunities for growth!
Required Qualifications for the Front Office Medical Receptionist (Float)
- 1+ years of recent high-volume medical front office experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Front Office Medical Receptionist (Float)
- Greet and check-in patients
- Collect registration forms, ID’s, insurance information, and copays
- Verify insurance
- Answer phones
- Handle appointment scheduling/re-scheduling and scheduling for in-office procedures
- Prep charts
- Handle medical records
- Float between east valley offices
- Other administrative duties as assigned
