    Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

     

    As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and organizing invoice-related tasks, ensuring efficient communication with various departments and vendors, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the accounts payable team.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle the invoice folder and ensure all documents are properly organized.

    + Receive, process, and organize invoices accurately and efficiently.

    + Assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures to improve operations.

    + Communicate effectively across different functions and with vendors to resolve any issues.

    + Perform data entry tasks for the accounts payable team with precision.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in data entry and accounts payable processes.

    + Basic Excel skills

    This is a Contract position based out of Garden Grove, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
