What You Can Expect
Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet company focused on orthopedic solutions to issues and injuries of the Foot and Ankle, is hiring a Manager of Commercial Analytics. Manager of Commercial Analytics works with the Finance team and key stakeholders in Selling, Marketing, and other groups to create and manage Commercial key metrics, establish balanced revenue forecasts, and track progress against all global top-line goals and objectives. The role leads the revenue forecasting process globally, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the business to consolidate and summarize key information points driving the forecast.
How You'll Create Impact
• Develop and maintain monthly rolling 12-month US revenue forecast by product/segment/region and coordinate the process to update and communicate
• Consolidate various data sources to help identify opportunities for growth and optimize performance through analysis
• Manage all critical communication to senior business leaders & various stakeholders on key metrics and reporting to help drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain monthly US revenue analytics and KPIs
• Coordinate & help manage all critical revenue forecast updates and tracking against forecast performance, including coordinating leadership reviews and outlook scenarios
• Help quantify, manage, and drive execution against revenue risks and opportunities by being a key partner to commercial leaders and bringing objective analysis to make sound business decisions.
Your Background
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 7+ year(s) experience, with a minimum of 5 years in orthopedic medical device preferred.
• Expert level understanding of Microsoft systems (Excel and PowerPoint specifically).
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of all levels within the organization
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, problem solve, and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience with SAP (ERP system) preferred
• Experience in FP&A forecasting and reporting roles preferred
Travel Expectations
0 - 10% overnight travel may be required
Compensation Data
Salary Range: $120,000 - $162,000 USD annually based on skills and experience
