    Position Responsibilities :

    + Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements including, but not limited to, software agreements and other vendor agreements

    + Assist with legal affairs of RH’s centralized corporate functions, including Strategic Sourcing, IT, Information Security, Physical Security, Risk Management and work with external counsel

    + Create and maintain forms and standard provisions for legal documents

    + Participate in enterprise-wide legal team meetings and activities including affiliated businesses

    + Understand and support full range of regulatory compliance programs, including state and federal requirements regarding privacy and artificial intelligence

    + Assist with acquisition activities, including due diligence, negotiations, purchase agreement drafting and integration of new businesses

    + Assist with legal review of software platforms, websites, and artificial intelligence use cases.

    + Other projects or duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from a respected law school with strong academic record and 3 plus years of law firm experience

    + Admission to a U.S. state bar with an active license and compliance with requirements for in-house practice in the State of Illinois

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
