    About the Position

     

    We’re looking for a Sr. Creative Project Coordinator to be the connective tissue that keeps creative print projects on track from concept to final production. In this critical role, you’ll ensure high-quality work across multiple channels with a strong emphasis on print, supporting project managers and the print production manager to meet deadlines, budgets, and brand standards. From building project plans and coordinating with print vendors to preparing files for production, tracking proofs, and ensuring final assets meet spec, you’ll help keep everything organized, on schedule, and executed to the highest quality.

    Requirements

    What you'll do:

    Project Support & Coordination

     

    + Assist project and print production managers in day-to-day execution of creative print projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and statuses.

    + Build and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure clarity across workstreams—especially those involving print production milestones.

    + Help traffic assets between internal creative teams, account teams, and print vendors.

    + Schedule meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.

    + Support project documentation, including status updates, production checklists, and summaries.

     

    Asset & Workflow Management

     

    + Manage versioning and organization of creative files across design, copy, and production stages.

    + Ensure final deliverables are properly prepped for print—including gathering specs, confirming dimensions, and validating file format requirements.

    + Support QA processes, including initial proofing, routing proofs for review, and tracking revision rounds.

    + Maintain clear naming conventions and structured file systems across projects and production phases.

     

    Vendor & Production Coordination

     

    + Coordinate directly with external vendors, with a strong focus on print vendors and production partners.

    + Track specifications, timelines, budgets, proofs, and delivery milestones to ensure smooth execution.

    + Support communication between creative, account, and production teams—ensuring everyone has accurate specs, deadlines, and expectations.

    + Help gather assets, confirm production requirements (materials, finishes, file formats), and troubleshoot issues that arise during prepress or production.

     

    Process & Team Enablement

     

    + Contribute to team resources such as templates, print checklists, production trackers, and best-practice guides.

    + Help maintain and improve internal creative and production processes, ensuring consistency across print and digital workflows.

    + Assist with onboarding new team members on creative workflows, production tools, and print processes.

    + Offer input on ways to improve efficiency, collaboration, or asset flow—especially in areas where creative and production intersect.

    What you'll bring:

    + 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, production, or creative operations, with some exposure to print production.

    + Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

    + Ability to manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and communication threads simultaneously.

    + Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Airtable, or similar).

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence advising internal partners.

    + Solutions-oriented, collaborative mindset, able to adapt when plans shift.

    + Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques a plus.

    + Understanding of sustainability practices, packaging, or fulfillment logistics a bonus.
