    Job Summary:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Student Engagement & Enrollment: 75%

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and newly admitted online students from inquiry to application.

    + Provide guidance on program offerings, admission requirements, financial aid, application process, and next steps.

    + Independently conduct outreach via email, SMS via CRM technologies and phone/video conferencing to engage, inform, and motivate students through the enrollment pipeline.

    + Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and data integrity.

    Leadership: 10%

    + Assist in developing and refining SOPs for online student enrollment.

    Process Improvement & Collaboration: 10%

    + Collaborate with Graduate School and other departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and admissions teams to drive enrollment optimization through data-driven performance analysis, developing and implementing strategic recommendations for competitive positioning and growth initiatives while leading planning efforts for upcoming recruitment cycles and identifying additional support mechanisms to enhance overall program enrollment success.

    + Identify pain points in the enrollment process and recommend improvements.

    + Participate in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning efforts to improve online student recruitment and retention.

    Data & Reporting: 5%

    + Track and analyze enrollment trends and funnel metrics to inform strategic decisions.

    + Support reporting efforts related to online student engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

    + Two (2) years of professional experience in higher education enrollment, admissions, or student services.

    + Experience working with online or non-traditional student populations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working in a healthcare or medical education setting.

    + Experience working with CRMs (ex. Salesforce and Slate).

    + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    + Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.

    + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.

    + Outstanding customer service skills.

    + Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    + Strong understanding of CRM's (Primarily Salesforce and Slate).

    + Knowledge of FERPA and other compliance standards in higher education.

    Senior Enrollment Navigator (Term-limited, 3 years) - 38051 University Staff

    The Senior Enrollment Navigator within the Office of Digital Learning plays a critical role in guiding prospective students through the front end of the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from initial inquiry to application. This role involves building relationships with adult learners or non-traditional students, assessing their educational goals, and providing tailored information about program options, admission requirements, and financial aid. The senior navigator also manages a pipeline of prospective students using Salesforce, maintains regular communication via text, email, phone and virtual meetings, and collaborates closely with admissions and academic departments to remove barriers to enrollment.In addition to supporting prospective students, the Senior Enrollment Navigator will contribute to process improvement initiatives and using data to drive enrollment strategies. They are expected to stay up to date on institutional policies, program updates, and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all student communications. Their work requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
