Job Opportunity: Insurance/Mortgage Customer Service Representative
Starting Pay: $17/hour (English) | $18.50/hour (Bilingual – Spanish)

What We Need:
+ Experience: At least 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center experience is a plus, but we’ll also consider front desk/admin roles!).
+ Skills: Comfortable navigating a Windows PC, typing 35 WPM or more, and great communication skills (verbal & written).
+ Tech Savvy: Must have a reliable internet connection for remote training and working.
+ Reliable transportation for commuting.
Nice to Have:
+ 2+ years of call center experience.
+ Insurance or mortgage background ? Even better!
Job Responsibilities:
+ Handle 35-45 inbound calls per day related to homeowners insurance (payment, coverage, and more).
+ Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with their insurance questions.
+ Research and resolve inquiries using multiple systems—speed and accuracy are key! ⚡
+ Multi-task between systems while documenting calls.
+ Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction!
Training & Schedule:
+ Start Date: 1/6
+ First 30 days: Fully on-site (9:30 AM – 6 PM for training).
+ After training, switch to a hybrid schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (based on meeting performance and attendance).
+ ❌ No time off in the first 6 weeks—be ready to dive in and learn!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
