    Description

    Overview:

    We are launching a strategic AI Security initiative focused on protecting GenAI environments, user endpoints, and developer systems. This role will be instrumental in deploying and operationalizing AI-specific security solutions (Prompt Security or AIM Security), supporting LLM firewalls, prompt monitoring, and agentic protection for developer and inference systems. Ideal individual will come from an incident response background .

    AI Security Solution Deployment:

    • Lead the implementation of AI security platforms, with a focus on LLM firewalling and prompt security. Evaluate and procure tools to support GenAI protection across user and developer environments.

    Stack-Specific Security Oversight:

    1. Endpoint SaaS Applications:

    • Deploy desktop-level security agents to monitor and control prompt submissions to GenAI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Ensure curated data is protected and prompt activity is visible and auditable.

    2. Developer Systems Protection:

    • Implement agentic security capabilities to safeguard developer environments interacting with AI models. Focus on securing local inference, model training, and prompt engineering workflows.

    3. LLM Inference Firewalling:

    • Architect and manage security controls for AI inference systems, including Gemini and Claude. Prevent prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, and adversarial attacks through robust LLM firewalling strategies.

    • Threat Detection & Prevention:

    • Build and maintain detection mechanisms for prompt-based threats, data leakage, and model manipulation. Integrate with existing security infrastructure to ensure seamless visibility and response.

     

    Cross-Team Collaboration work closely with Data Security, Cloud Security, and Application Security teams to align AI protection strategies with broader enterprise security goals.

     

    Security Policy & Governance: Contribute to the development of AI-specific security policies, standards, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and external regulations.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $110.00/hr.
