Location:

This is an outside sales position covering a Los Angeles territory. Residency within the territory is required. No relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and sustain connections with essential clients within the life sciences sector.

+ Identify and determine customer needs to provide outstanding solutions.

+ Successfully implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.

+ Strictly adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of Established history of success in sales, ideally within the life sciences industry.

+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to compete and succeed.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

+ Bachelor’s degree required, Life Sciences degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $63,000.00–$90,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
