    + Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6am. - 2:30pm.

    Job Description

    The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan-o-grams

    + Ensure brand, package and promotional goals are reflected in store sets

    + Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity

    + Sell-in incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs

    + Support sales team with trade execution including placing racks and other incremental equipment, updating and maintaining proper POS elements and ensuring accounts meet Look of Success (LOS) standards

    + Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times

    + Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality and safety

    + Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor including but not limited to new business solicitation

    Job Requirements

    + High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

    + 1-3 years of general work experience required

    + Previous beverage industry and/or customer service experience preferred

    + Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred

    + Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach

    + Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

    + Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance

    + Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

    + Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print

    + Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis

    + Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
