Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Management Service Now and Java Webservices. Experience in Smart Grid Operations is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Webservices to enhance our service management capabilities.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Service Now solutions that meet business requirements.

+ Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in service management systems to ensure seamless operations.

+ Provide technical expertise in the integration of Smart Grid Operations contributing to the efficiency of our energy solutions.

+ Ensure the scalability and reliability of software applications by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance.

+ Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to industry best practices.

+ Document software designs and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

+ Optimize existing systems and processes to improve performance and user experience.

+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance technical skills.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that align with the companys strategic goals.

+ Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work model.

+ Work closely with team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

+ Possess strong technical skills in Service Management and Service Now with a proven track record of successful implementations.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in Java Webservices with experience in developing and maintaining web applications.

+ Experience in Smart Grid Operations is highly desirable providing valuable insights into energy solutions.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

+ Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

+ Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.

+ Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
