About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support servicesacross multiple campuses within Houston. This is a high-level role requiringflexibility and strong leadership skills. The BCBA will supervise a team of RegisteredBehavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with teachers and administrators,and ensure compliance with district and state requirements for behavioralinterventions.
Caseload Overview
+ Territory includes 50–60 campuses
+ Supervise 2–4 RBTs, depending on caseload and district needs.
+ Support RBTs in managing multiple students or classrooms.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise and guide RBTs to ensure alignment with student needs.
+ Respond to teacher referrals for behavioral support and FBAs.
+ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Support Intervention Plans (BSIPs).
+ Present findings and recommendations during IEP/ARD meetings.
+ Ensure parents are informed of FBAs prior to ARD meetings.
+ Utilize district-provided templates for FBAs and BIPs.
+ Provide direct consultation and coaching to teachers and staff.
+ Deliver initial and ongoing training (in-person and hybrid formats).
+ Manage documentation flexibly (hybrid reporting allowed).
+ Collaborate with district leadership on staffing, placements, and costs.
Qualifications
+ Current BCBA certification.
+ Experience supervising RBTs in educational settings.
+ Strong knowledge of FBAs, BIPs, and IEP processes.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to balance in-person meetings with hybrid documentation.
+ Commitment to student-centered behavioral support.
