    Experienced Special Education Paraprofessional – Fall River, MA (ABA & Social Emotional Focuses)

    Amergis Educational Staffing is excited to collaborate with schools in Fall River, MA to hire Experienced Special Education Paraprofessionals. If you have experience supporting students with behavioral and intellectual disabilities and are ready to step into a leadership role, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

    Position Details

    + Location: Fall River, MA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule:

    + Middle/High School: 7:20 AM – 2:30 PM

    + Elementary School: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

    + Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year

    + Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour

    Your Role

    + Support students in 1:1 and small group settings

    + Implement and monitor behavior plans and academic activities

    + Track and analyze student progress and behavior data

    + Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain consistent strategies

    + Assist with toileting/changing as needed

    + Help carry out IEPs and behavior support plans

    What We’re Looking For

    + At least 1 year of experience with behavioral and intellectual disabilities

    + Proven leadership experience in educational or behavioral settings

    + Strong skills in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking

    + Must be comfortable with toileting

    + Ability to work with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury
