About the Role Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a group home setting supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities . Staff are present 24/7 to ensure safety and support, but this is not a high-acuity environment. Your primary focus will be assisting residents with everyday living tasks and promoting independence in a comfortable, home-like setting. What We Offer

+ Guaranteed overtime pay through a 36/48 track schedule (alternating weeks of 36 and 48 hours)

+ Competitive pay: $19/hour

+ 12-hour shifts

+ Every other weekend off

+ Low patient ratio: 1:3 caregiver-to-patient

+ Always staffed with an LPN or RN for clinical support

Responsibilities

+ Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks

+ Encourage independence and support residents in achieving personal goals

+ Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

+ Maintain a safe and positive environment

Requirements

+ Active CNA license (required)

+ Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with IDD

+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts and follow the 36/48 track schedule

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
