Williams (https://willplumb.com/) is looking for a Lead Technical Advisor to oversee our HVAC and Plumbing maintenance programs, support field technicians, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service year-round.

In this role, you’ll manage the entire maintenance workflow, from scheduling to quality control, while improving processes, developing service technicians, and driving system reliability across our customer base.

What You’ll Do:

+ Oversee scheduling, completion, and quality assurance for all maintenance visits.

+ Support HVAC/Plumbing service technicians in the field with troubleshooting, documentation standards, and service consistency.

+ Audit maintenance reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and follow-up recommendations.

+ Develop and maintain standardized maintenance procedures and checklists for HVAC and plumbing systems.

+ Collaborate with the Account Manager on system deficiencies, training needs, and potential sales opportunities.

+ Track performance trends to develop proactive maintenance strategies and reduce recurring issues.

+ Coordinate with dispatch and operations to keep schedules efficient and organized.

What You Bring:

+ Experienced in HVAC and/or Plumbing maintenance with strong technical understanding of system performance.

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering reliable and consistent service.

+ A natural coach who enjoys developing service technicians and improving processes.

+ Comfortable in both the field and the office, balancing hands-on support with administrative oversight.

+ A strong communicator who values clarity, consistency, and teamwork.
