    Job Summary:

    The Sr. Director, Direct-to-Consumer Applications will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all consumer-facing systems and technologies. This role supports seamless online shopping experiences, customer service operations, digital marketing, and all tools that enhance engagement and satisfaction for individual customers.

     

    As the Sr. Director, Direct-to-Customer Applications, you will have an opportunity to:

     

    • Develop, maintain, and communicate a multi-month/ year roadmap for direct 2 consumer applications that support Revelysts long range business development plans.

    • Manage eCommerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with business goals.

    • Manage and develop a team of technologists and collaborate with other technical and business leaders to drive outcomes beneficial to Revelyst’s growth.

    • Oversee customer service applications to ensure responsive and effective support for consumer inquiries.

    • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that support eCommerce operations. This includes collaboration with other direct 2 consumer functions in other Platforms, and adjacent channel sales teams.

    • Collaborate across Revelyst Platforms and technical teams to drive efficient delivery of data and information to the customers we support.

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate consumer-facing systems with promotional campaigns and loyalty programs across all channels.

    • Monitor system performance and customer experience metrics to identify areas of improvement.

    • Stay informed about emerging consumer technology trends and recommend appropriate innovations.

    • Own and drive direct to consumer architecture, platform resiliency/ security, and ensure systems are current. This will require close collaboration with other technical teams developing/ selling digital consumer products.

    • Apply advanced/ emerging technology solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

    • Manages all technology business related functions of this space (budgets, invoices, contractors, etc).

    • Conducts regular governance & steering conversations with key customers to ensure priorities are aligned and our roadmap supports business objectives.

    • Seek opportunities to drive cross channel business advancement through the use of technology.

    You have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science, or a related field.

    • Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms and consumer-facing applications.

    • Strong understanding of digital customer service tools and best practices.

    • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

    • Analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and system efficiency.

    **Years of Experience:** 7-10 years leading a team in e-commerce/IT Departments

    Working Conditions:

    • Environment: Primary office setting with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.

    • Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday through Friday

    • Travel: Frequent travel to office locations for meeting with staff or key stakeholders.

    • Stress: Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, tools and standard office equipment.

    • Vision: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus (for working with screens and hardware).

    • Hearing and Speech: must be able to communicate effectively in person and via phone or video conferencing.

    Pay Range:

    Annual Salary: $196,000.00 - $240,000.00

     

    The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
