+ Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

JOB SUMMARY

Manages the operation of a warehouse(s) in support of business operations, including safety and environmental compliance, shipping, receiving, and material storage. Ensures that warehouse operations comply with established policies and procedures and that warehouse staff are properly trained to execute warehouse activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

+ 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

+ In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

+ Four (4) or more years Materials Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations or related experience (Required)

+ No Licensure or Certification Required.

+ Supervises, directs, and leads the day-to-day activities of small to medium warehouses and teams to ensure correct materials are available to support operations

+ Maintains adequate warehouse stock and ensures warehouse operates in support of process and personal safety, environmental compliance, reliability, and cost optimization goals of the refinery

+ Manages inventory control including cycle counts, safety stock, and optimizes stock levels to minimize stock outs and meet operational needs

+ Manages the receiving and delivery of materials in a timely manner utilizing appropriate warehouse layout, footprint for storage efficiency

+ Ensures physical security of warehouse stock, controls access and documents movements of materials in and out of the warehouse
