Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related focus and a minimum of one year, which includes cumulative work experience or equivalent internship/co-op experience, or six months of Con Edison co-op or internship experience or
+ Master's Degree with a specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related focus and a minimum of one year, which includes cumulative work experience or equivalent internship/co-op experience, or six months of Con Edison co-op or internship experience.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Visio, OneNote, OneDrive), Preferred
+ Demonstrated learning agility, initiative, and technical research skills using online tools and training resources, Preferred
+ Experience working with AI tools to identify automation or process improvement opportunities, Preferred
+ Comfortable leveraging AI tools or online resources to identify automation opportunities and improve processes, Preferred
+ Awareness of IT security and compliance principles, with a willingness to learn and apply these standards, Preferred
+ Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools, Required
+ Ability to analyze and interpret technical data to support modernization and governance efforts, Required
+ Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, Required
+ Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, Required

Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Ability and willingness to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
